- Out for deliveryOn the way to the receiver. An OTP is sent to their mobile.
- DeliveredHanded over after the receiver confirms with the OTP.
Delivered only after you confirm
When your consignment is out for delivery, an OTP is sent to the receiver's mobile number. We complete the delivery only after the OTP is confirmed.
- OTP sent by SMS to the receiver
- If we cannot reach you, the reason is recorded and we try again
- Share the OTP only after you have received the consignment

Branch to branch consignments
Book a consignment at any of our branches. Every booking gets an LR number and a printed LR copy with a barcode.
Pick-up and loading
We collect from your shop or godown and load carefully. Pick-up is scanned and recorded the moment it happens.
Local delivery
At the destination, our branch hands over to the local transporter for delivery to the consignee, at the branch or at the door.
